Creighton Public Library

The Creighton Public Library is a great place to visit. We strive to inform and enrich the Creighton Community and surrounding area by providing materials for education, information, recreation and cultural. The library has a meeting room that will seat 35 people and is available for area organizations, discussion groups and can be rented for special events. Creighton Public Library is open six days a week (except holidays).

Mission Statement

The Creighton Public Library shall serve as an information center by providing materials and services to meet the needs and lifestyles of the community residents. The information shall consist of personal, educational and professional material, as well as material for recreation and entertainment.

The Creighton Public Library has six computers with high speed internet and wireless internet available for the public. You are welcome to bring in your own laptop and be able to access the internet. The Library is connected with Nebraska Overdrive so patrons can easily access books and audio books from the comfort of their home. The Library can make copies - black and white or color - fax, scan, and laminate. The Library also has an accu-cut machine. The Creighton Public Library serves all citizens, and there is no fee to get a Library Card. The Library Director is Lindsay Nelson.
